Referral Process
- Initial Contact: If you wish to, contact us via phone or email to discuss the nature of the referral and how we could assist. Our team will provide you with an overview of the process and answer any questions.
- Referral Form: Complete our referral form, providing details about the parties involved, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant background information. This helps us prepare for the mediation or coaching process effectively.
- Case Assessment: Our team will review the referral and determine if mediation or coaching is suitable for the situation. We will then coordinate with all parties to schedule an initial session.
- Follow-Up: After a mediation, we provide follow-up support to ensure that the agreement is being implemented and to address any additional concerns.
