Divorce Mediation Surrey
We provide professional divorce mediation across Surrey, helping separating couples work through important decisions in a calm, structured and impartial environment. Mediation allows both parties to discuss matters openly and reach mutually acceptable agreements without the stress, delay and expense often associated with court proceedings.
Our experienced mediators facilitate productive conversations around key issues such as finances, property arrangements and future planning. We remain neutral throughout the process, ensuring both individuals have the opportunity to be heard and participate in finding solutions. Mediation can help reduce conflict, improve communication and support more positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Professional Divorce Mediation Sessions In Surrey
At Mediation Surrey, our divorce mediation process is designed to support couples at every stage of separation. We begin with individual MIAMs (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings), where each person meets privately with a mediator to discuss their circumstances and determine whether mediation is suitable. These meetings are typically held online via Zoom for convenience and flexibility.
If both parties wish to proceed, joint mediation sessions are arranged in a structured and supportive setting. Our mediators help guide conversations towards practical solutions while keeping discussions focused on future arrangements rather than past disagreements. Many families are able to resolve matters relating to children within one to three sessions, while adding in financial discussions often require three to four sessions.
